The Rollier MEL series Sizers Screener are multi-deck sizers, with up to 6 screening decks and 7 separations, with an extended screen length. This increases the screening surface substantially. The Rollier MEL series screener sizers are driven by vibratory motors and have spring suspension. Excellent performance is achieved for fines and extra fine materials.

Long version, ideal for screening particles from 0.074 mm to 30 mm, with capacity to process particles of up to 120 mm. Available in widths of 1,000 mm to 2,500 mm, from three to five decks and with 1,000 or 1,500 rpm motors, depending on the model. The MEL long decks increase the screening area and the time the material remains on the screen, which in turn significantly increases screening efficiency and throughput.
